Since 1986, we, the Mu Sigma chapter, have focused on providing our brothers with the best opportunities to thrive both personally and professionally during their time at San Diego State University. From business to STEM to art majors, the Mu Sigma chapter is a community centered on individual growth and career readiness. We have seen people break out of their shells and turn into exceptional public speakers, independent thinkers into collaborative team members, and high school resumes transformed into recruiter favorites. When we reflect on how far our chapter has come, Alpha Kappa Psi has fulfilled everything Shawn and I wished for in an organization. Most importantly, it brought us together. Our relationship as Big and Little is an example of the friendship that makes our chapter truly unique. What sets Alpha Kappa Psi apart from other organizations is that it doesn’t stop at business. Here, you will find lifelong friends, and we are a testament to that.

We are a reflection of the people we surround ourselves with. Spending time with inspirational, ambitious, and like-minded individuals has motivated us to be better students, professionals, and friends. There is no greater honor than to represent such a remarkable group of people.
