At our co-ed business fraternity, we are passionately committed to fostering a culture where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are not just principles, but foundational elements that guide our every action and decision. Diversity, to us, encompasses a wide spectrum but is not limited to race, background, experience, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability, and religious beliefs.
